Stan Smith was the serviceman that saw to our issue. Truly a nice person with the best of social skills. Friendly and gracious. Beyond the personal aspects of Stan however, his work was methodical and he took care to explain it along the way. Having an expert carry the nonexpert (customer) through the process was comforting and reassuring that all was done well and right. It seems hard these days to find a company who deserves loyalty, but I’m pretty comfortable keeping these guys at the top of my list.

Stan the Man did a quick and excellent job replacing my kitchen sink pipes, a bathroom valve, and my washer valves and hoses. I was working from home and didn’t even notice his quiet and diligent work.

I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. Both times Leon came to the house and was very responsive to questions and explain things well. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of a plumber but this company seems to respond quickly.

These guys were great! We called on the 4th of July because of a leak and they were able to set up an appointment the next day (today). Leon and Wayne were in and out quick, busted pipe removed, new pipe in, problem solved. No drama no fuss. Cleaned up after the work, were respectful and knowledgeable and got it done with no fanfare. Very happy, even recommended a dry-rid service to help with the water damage. Five stars for sure.
