Hey Leon, thank you for being such a great plumber and coming out to our office building and handling the smell that was going through the hallways! We had several tenants complaining about a smell of sewage in our office building and we’ve had two plumbers come out and could not figure it out. Leon With By The Book Plumbing came and he literally just poured some water in a floor drain and the smell stopped. Stan Smith was the serviceman that saw to our issue. Truly a nice person with the best of social skills. Friendly and gracious. Beyond the personal aspects of Stan however, his work was methodical and he took care to explain it along the way. Having an expert carry the nonexpert (customer) through the process was comforting and reassuring that all was done well and right. It seems hard these days to find a company who deserves loyalty, but I’m pretty comfortable keeping these guys at the top of my list.

I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. Both times Leon came to the house and was very responsive to questions and explain things well. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of a plumber but this company seems to respond quickly.

These guys were great! We called on the 4th of July because of a leak and they were able to set up an appointment the next day (today). Leon and Wayne were in and out quick, busted pipe removed, new pipe in, problem solved. No drama no fuss. Cleaned up after the work, were respectful and knowledgeable and got it done with no fanfare.
